Class Description

It is perfect for learning product and brush control when using acrylic powders and other mediums. You can use this extreme art for making unique jewellery to match clients nails as well as for clients who love something that little bit different, also great for fantasy competitions. It is perfect for those wanting to enter nail art competitions, where you can really showcase your new skills. We will cover the following, making a base nail , extreme flowers, extreme butterfly, realistic leaves, extreme mushroom and using colours so they compliment your design.

Supplies Needed

Acrylic Powders: clear, cover pink, red, yellow, green, brown
Acrylic water based paints: Khaki green, conker brown, black, white, yellow, kiwi green
Brushes: Acrylic brush, precision brush, old/damaged brush, 3d acrylic brush, fine liner brush
Gel: No wipe top coat in shiny & matt finishes, black art gel, UV/LED Lamp
Other: Cuticle oil, extra long tip, cocktail stick, tin foil, sponge, dried moss, wire, blue tac & tip holder

How to Earn a Certificate

Successfully complete all elements of the fantasy nail art design as in the video and publish it on the my Student Facebook Group Once we have received these we will upload your e-certificate via Beauty2trs

Hazel has been a nail artist for over 13 years and has extensive experience in all aspects of nail treatments but has a great passion for nail art designs. She has won over 50 competition awards to date including the prestigious Nail Professional of the year award 2014 & 2016, International Nail Art Champion and UK Top Tech 4 times, Nailympia 2 x Winner of winners art and the 2015 Tom Holcomb shooting star Award winner and is now in the Scratch Stars Hall of fame twice for her 3 x consecutive wins in Mixed media & Nail stylist of the year in 2016,2017,2018. Hazel is a salon and independent training academy owner with 8 other training schools around the UK and also is the Official UK Akzentz professional gels distributor, she writes all her own course material to ensure the high standards she wants for her students are met and she is constantly adding new classes that keep up with the latest trends & techniques. Hazel now has 8 independent training academies and educators in different locations throughout the UK to ensure no matter what brand you use, you are always welcome to come and learn new techniques, tips and tricks. As the UK’s Official Akzentz distributor, hazel also has all the in depth knowledge and understanding of all Akzentz’s product ranges and in 2018 with the addition of her own acrylic range, HD Professional Nail Systems. Hazel’s meticulous eye for detail and perfection inspires her students to have these same expectations. Hazel offers advice and support to all students & competitors through her student support page, so she’s always on hand to help. As a successful product consultant in the past for other brands, Hazel’s knowledge & experience has been used with product development on her new acrylic ranges that sees techs now using this with amazing results in their salons. She is regularly asked to join major competitions as a National & International competition judge.
